Was out on a 4 day fishing trip with my daughter and on day 1 discovered that the tip of my Brook 5wt was broken, no idea how it happened, I was bummed because that is my favorite rod to throw streamers and drys with. After our trip, I contacted Streem's Warranty department, took a picture of the broken tip, submitted it and had a response the next day that a new section was on the way. Received the new tip section 3 weeks later. No hassle, easy process. Thanks Streem! Love this rod!! Make it in an 8wt please with a fighting butt! Would love it for salmon out here in the Pacific Northwest!

I submitted a warranty claim for a tip replacement for one of my client rods that I use for my outfitting business. The package was damaged in transit and was not going to be delivered. I contacted customer support explaining I really need the tip so I can use the rod on my guide trips. Cameron got back to me and said the whole crew was out of town that week on a fishing trip and he would see what he could do. He managed to get the tip shipped to me the next day. This is exceptional customer service. I fully recommend their products and my clients really enjoy fishing their rods on a daily basis.
