The S1 is a precision machined beauty designed to deliver years of consistent reliability. We started with a simple, yet elegant design. We then selected high-grade aircraft aluminum as the core, and cut it deep with a fully sealed drag to keep the dirt, grit and salt from damaging the drag system.
The result is a large arbor, allowing maximum line capacity—for the moments you dream about most. The rim is wide and sturdy, and the heart is proportionate—providing the traction needed to stop anything you throw it at. The science is simple: More surface area means less pressure. On the turn, the S-1 is smooth, strong and consistent.
